- Pat A.

Stephanie Tenneson
Hi, I'm Stephanie.
I've been teaching Pilates since 2002 in Rutland and the surrounding area. Classes are small - a maximum of 12 people - so that I can watch everyone and give individual corrections and assistance.
I qualified with Body Control Pilates, the UK's premier training organisation. 18 years' experience teaching Pilates means I've worked with a lot of bodies and am used to dealing with a wide variety of ages and health conditions. I continue to attend courses and workshops several times a year. I love to deepen and expand my knowledge of the technique and its application - learning never ends!
I trained as a dancer at Arts Educational Trust in London, and taught ballet, jazz, modern dance and aerobics in the USA and UK. I also trained in the Gyrotonic Expansion Method, as well as attending workshops in Feldenkrais, Alexander and Franklin Methods. I use all my experience to tailor my classes to each client's needs. It's a joy to watch everyone improve and accomplish movements they had previously thought beyond their reach.
Hope to see you soon,
Stephanie
